Heat Levels

While I do use some super hot peppers in some of my sauces, none of them are as crazy as sauces like “Da Bomb” or “The Last Dab”. I feel the market is very over saturated in those sauces and I want to focus more on flavor.

I use a 1-10 scale with 10 being the hottest. It still isn’t for the uninitiated and will be painful if tried straight out of the bottle for most people.

My ranking for my sauces from hottest to mildest are:

1. Pineapocalypse 10/10

2. Cherry Bomb 9.5/10

3. Goth Sauce 7.5/10

4. Mangost Sriracha 6/10

5. Good Green 4/10

6. Smokin’ Manzana 3/10
