It all began with a desire to make sauces for myself that focused more on flavor than trying to make the hottest sauce. I like to enjoy my food and use hot sauce to bring a desired heat and balance to a meal. I don’t want to overpower the dish. Using my pastry background I wanted to utilize my creative palate of flavors to bring some sweet into the savory and heat. I’m very pleased with the results and I can’t wait to share them with the world.
